We have three planners on the Outer Banks, one that handles the Hampton Roads and one that handles Richmond.  Gena Martin is available for all locations. We are custom event planners and can handle everything from conception to inception and everything in-between.  Let us customize your event!

Gena Martin is the expert in event design on the team and keeps up with interior and wedding design. Gena describes the process: “I am not a florist and have never claimed to be; however, I do prefer to working closely with the florist to make your vision a reality.  I collaborate with all vendors involved with your event.  This is what makes an event with me fun and beautiful:  I start the process by discussing how you and your significant other met and then we discuss your engagement.  I have some secret ways of discovering who you are and what you like individually and as a couple.  I will then offer some suggestions to feel out how you like the ideas.  After receiving your Pinterest Board, the fun begins!  My creative juices flow and we bounce ideas back and forth to fine tune the details.  Don’t worry about sending me too many ideas.  I  know how to identify common traits and pull it all together.  If I feel that something isn't quite working, I will tell you to ensure that we get everything right."

Lady in Waiting

A personal assistant for your wedding day. 

Concierge

Attendants to ensure that guests can easily find the restroom, know when transportation is coming or going, assistance in finding a seat or any needs your guest may have to ensure they are comfortable and happy. 

Parking Attendants

Attendants ensure that guests park in appropriate areas to prevent towing.  This is especially important at beach homes where parking on the street is prohibited.  

Bathroom Attendants

These attendants make sure that paper products are stocked and the restrooms are clean.  

Security

Security is on hand to make sure no party crashers interfere with your perfect day. 

Muscle Men

These gentlemen and women help with the heavy lifting.
